ENERGETIC CERTIFICATION

 

Costruzioni Termotecniche offers consulting of professionals and experts in the field of energy certification. It serves to certify the performance and energy characteristics of a building, to allow the citizen an evaluation comparing these characteristics with respect to the reference values provided by law, together with any suggestions for improving the energy efficiency of buildings.


We issue Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) according to italian law using certificate software.


Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is necessary in case of:

 Energetic Certification
  • sales or rentals of building;
  • new construction building (after 1st Semptember 2007);
  • renovations and maintenance of existing buildings;
  • taking tax advantages of 55% in according to italian DM 19/02/07
